    Love this place. Been going there for 10+ years. The new addition is fantastic. The food is authentic and reasonably priced.

    Great experience. The family that runs it is very pleasant and attentive. They explain the menu items to you. So this Taqueria fare definitely one of the better ones in the area!

    Have been going to this restaurant for years, have never experienced service as bad as I have just received today. Placed a carry out order and received the wrong food. Didn't notice until I got home. Proceeded to return to the restaurant and inform them of this issue, certain they would correct this small mistake. The girl at the counter proceeded to argue with me that she had done this correctly and it was my fault and I ordered the wrong item. Continued to maintain the standpoint that I was wrong and she was right. Been going to this restaurant for almost 10 years. Never again. Clearly the customer is not right at this restaurant. Adios Sergio's, you just lost a long term customer.

    The food here is so good!

    It's a small restaurant in a little strip mall. I have only gotten take out, but it has always been fresh and delicious. There is often a man working there that I think might be the owner and he is very friendly.

    Good things:
    Chicken taco salad
    Chips and salsa (the salsa has a definite kick. I'm not sure if there is a milder option.)
    Pico de gallo
    Pork tamales

    I used to stop in often when I was working in Lake Zurich.

    This is my new favorite place, the food is so amazing - always fresh and made to order. (try the chips and guacamole, or any of the tacos) Service is friendly and quick.
